Quality Policy

  1. The declared policy of "Karmor Technologies Ltd." - in the area of precision machining for the aviation, optics, electronics, medicine, consumerism and high-tech industry, is to achieve and maintain first rate image and reputation for its products service, thus becoming a leader in the precision machining area.
    For that purpose a quality management system was established, in accordance with: AS9100D:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.
  2. The Company's policy is determined and led by the senior management, which is mainly focused on product quality, customer needs and complete satisfaction, while maintaining profitability and financial stability with respect to:
    business and organizational objectives while being involved and aware of all employees in the Company;
    process and resource management;
    assessing, monitoring and analyzing data to ensure a process of continuous improving quality and reducing non-quality costs;
    developing relationships with suppliers based on mutual benefit.
  3. The company will manufacture for and supply its customers with products and services that match their specific needs, while achieving high satisfaction which will be measured periodically.
  4. The company is committed to meeting all customer’s contractual requirements, as well as complying with laws, regulations, and standards applicable for the Company's activities.
  5. The senior management, managers and employees are committed to take all possible means to ensure continuous improvement in realizing processes and products, as well as ensuring the continuous and ongoing improvement process of products, production processes and customer service.
  6. For the purpose of implementing the policy, the management will allocate the necessary resources, including training employees and subcontractors; setting quantitative and qualitative goals, such as: effectiveness and maximum efficiency in processes, supply products in the required quality, meeting schedules and customer satisfaction, while striving for immaculate work processes; performing surveys and internal audit within Company and with subcontractors, in order to examine the Quality Management System implementation level and to determine the compliance of the Company's goals, objectives and the degree of improvement, and; implementing corrective and preventive action for continuous improvement in these areas.
  7. The Quality Management System will link between product quality, work environment, employee relations, organizational communication, subcontractors’ communication, work safety and environmental protection.
  8. The Company will review its policy periodically, according to its needs, strategy and business objectives.

Quality Management System: General Requirements and Omissions

The Company "Karmor Technologies Inc." maintains a quality management system in accordance with the procedures set forth in this document and with the Israeli standard - ISO 9001:2015.

As to the Quality Management System requirements - requirements for companies engaged in the aerospace and defense industries – ISO 9 – the Company conducts, documents, implements, maintains and constantly improves the Quality Management System, in order to meet the Company's goals and policies, relevant standards, customer requirements, statutory requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.

Excellence and reputation in customer satisfaction is the goal of these activities. Striving to respond Customers’ requirements is the Company’s cornerstone, as a solid basis Company’s success.

The processes needed for this quality task identify and determine the criteria for the operation and control methods, ensure process efficiency, as well as the availability of resources in the Company, information flow for supporting and monitoring processes. The Company monitors, measures, analyzes, improves and streamlines processes, depending on changing circumstances and various requirements.

Running the Quality Management System, the Company cares for monitoring manufacture instructions, and compliance with customer’s specifications/requirements, ensures compliance with manufacture instructions and explicitly instructs the operators.

The Company diligently examines and documents unique operations with relevant parties, monitors orders outgoing to subcontractors and outsourcing, while defining specific quality requirements according to need and interest.

The Company conducts inspects and/or acceptance control of raw materials and ordered items; monitors work processes; performs final inspection of finished products before and while being delivered to the customer, including FAI; inspects measurement tools and supportive tools, as well as tracks periodical calibration and/or maintenance, both for the Company and subcontractors, according to the needs; alerts for deviations/exceptions/discrepancies, in order to prevent the delivery of defective products from the factory to the customers.

The Company collects data regarding exceptions, disqualifications, process failures, failure of means of manufacture; analyzes data and draws conclusions; optimizes and improves recommends on corrective actions, in cooperation with the plant’s staff.


The major processes of the Company are defined as part of the Quality Procedures that describe the processes and their connections. Below are the most important ones:

  1. The main processes performed at the plant:
    1. Receiving price quotations and orders.
    2. Manufacturing and servicing (transferring manufacturing file to manufacturing technology, preparing CADM software, setting-up, first item manufacturing, serial manufacture, packaging and shipping).
    3. Examining and testing new products, while documenting results.
    4. Addressing manufacturing infrastructure.
  2. Supportive processes:
    1. Purchase, purchase verification / acceptance testing, control of suppliers and subcontractors.
    2. Addressing exceptions.
    3. Certificating and training employees.
    4. Maintenance.
  3. Complementary processes and quality-system-related processes:
    1. Documentation and documentation control, documents and records.
    2. Implementing thermal and/or coating and/or painting processes.
    3. Performing management reviews.
    4. Monitoring measuring equipment.
    5. Internal audits.
    6. Customer relations, including customer surveys.
    7. Corrective actions.
    8. Preventive actions.

    1. Precision machining for the aviation, optics, electronics, medicine, consumerism and high-tech industry.
    2. Precision machining equipment - 5-axis CNC machine centers, 5-axis CNC lathing machine and erosion - wire cutting and sputtering.
    3. Measurement equipment, including - 5-axis measuring machines and a comparator.
